  • marketing and communications- 5+ years’ proven experience in content marketing, communications, or PR. A well-rounded generalist fluent in both product and service marketing, skilled at crafting strategies and stories that generate understanding, support, and momentum for programs. Skilled at pitching stories, preparing spokespeople, and tailoring messages across mediums and audiences.

  • creativity, innovation, and idea generation - Dreaming up bold, original ideas and seeing possibilities where others see limits. Transforming unconventional approaches into standout moments that inspire impact. Making bold ideas shine on a smart, efficient budget.

  • execution + continuous improvement - Proactive, organized, and able to plan and deliver projects. Looks for opportunities to improve processes, test new approaches, and refine Civilla’s communications.
